This dress has a tassel tie waist, cute little ruffles on the shoulders of the adjustable spaghetti straps, another tassel tie across the back, and it is so cute. You can wear this many ways. With sandals or pumps, even some booties with a jean jacket. The length is between mini and midi, depending on your height. This dress is by Hollister and is very well made.
