Hello, I went to purchase your HCH as your listing states $8.99 shipping, when I went to checkout, the shipping cost shows $12.99? I’m confused. Do you the Seller submit an offering to include the $8.99 discount or do I make an offer excluding the $12.99? Or is it simply that I have missed out & the shipping discount expired!?
