Washed, but never worn. Great condition. Has pockets. Built in shorts. Tie back detailing. I'm 5'3 reference, but bought in tall length as the regular was a bit too short for my liking. Approximate measurements laid flat: Pit to pit: 14" Waist: 10.5" (very stretchy so can stretch past 10.5") Length from shoulder to hem: 29.5"
