How long have you been fighting for a refund? If they never shipped it yet, you should be able to cancel the order on your end and if they marked it shipped but didn’t yet, posh should be able to reverse/refund you

suzannehall333 @21forests I did cancel. And posh support says they'll track for 4 more days to see if it's moving but she never shipped it at all! There's nothing to track. They said cancel the order, I did that, but still no refund. I cancelled Monday I believe. They just keep telling me to cancel the order and I did. But still no refund. I even escalated the chat to show them she's not responding to me.
