bellastella1 @sarahkiing so sorry for the delay Sarah, I had been very busy at work, I posted a pic showing the tape measure, it’s a 14”x 2, so 28”, they do sit on the hip, there is a tie if they are too loose, the elastic stretches out to 16”x2 so 32”, , I do have another similar pair in size Small, I found 2 pair of long flannel, if you send your cell I can send you pics,
