Holt Renfrew 100% Silk Vtg Green Dress Polka Dots Puffed Shoulders - Size 38

Vintage gem of a dress featuring a green 100 % silk with white polka dots encircled by pink and blue outlines. Made by Holt Renfrew in France. Bodice is a wrap dress closure with snap buttons. Puffed shoulders with zippers at hems of sleeves. Lined. Hem has inside green lace trim. Shoulder pads present. Dress is in good condition for its age- please note that there is some yellowing near the armpits, a stain on the back of the neck and a small stain on the back shoulder sleeve ( see pics).
