Holt Renfrew Vintage Black Purse with Grommet Details

Fun Bag! Pictures taken in natural light. Item doesn't state the material of the bag, I do believe this is leather. Also believe this is a vintage piece. Item overall is in good condition, the seams on both the handle is a little flat for the handle, mark/issue inside one of the grommets, see all photos.
