brooklyn_blues So sorry for the Inconvenience. I had some difficulties locating the item you purchased. Once I located the item, I tried the item on a phone and 11 Pro. For some odd reason it did not fit. Hopefully I was able to rectify the issue. And replace of the case that you purchased. I sent you an 11 Pro Kate spade case. Also all the other cases I had in my closet. If this is not satisfactory I totally understand.
