Homemade Cherry Red Blazer

Beautiful handmade blazer (I'm assuming handmade since there are no signs of tags anywhere!) that I was given a few years back, and I'm ready to pass on to its next owner! I apologize, I don't know enough about fabrics to say what this is made out of. It definitely does not feel like wool though I usually wear size small - medium coats and jackets and this fits like a glove! Just came back from the dry cleaners. There are some stubborn stains and worn down spots which are pictured above.
