I made this awesome dress last week. its super cute and made with black velvet and a super soft maroon fabric. it has super cute details (pockets) and its super well made. laying flat the waist is 16" . it could fit a small-large because its an overall dress. I am in-between a medium and large and it fits me perfectly . no one else will have this dress other than me :)
