Honey Boutique Essue Blue Dress with Buttons Small

Cottagecore vibes with this dress. I bought it at Honey Boutique for $120 + tax and I’ve worn it once. The brand is Essue and it’s labeled size small which I think is appropriate (I normally wear XS). It can also fit a medium comfortably. The waist measures approximately 13.5” or 27” doubled. Any questions, please ask! It features a pretty v neck with large buttons, long bell sleeves, and a tie at the waist. Last photo is NOT the same dress but very similar style and colour.
