Honey Brown Stone Statement Necklace

This statement necklace is made of a gold tone metal and has an adjustable lobster clasp closure. I've seen similar pieces listed that describe the stones as being either a gem or natural stone, but they feel more man-made to me. The necklace features three rows of interlinked faceted stones in a light brown/honey tone. The stones have reflective mirror-like backs. There is normal wear and there are no missing pieces, but I notice that top center stone has a bit of a lean, I just can't see why.
