Beautiful and girly Chelsea dress from Honey. Its made of a textured white boucle fabric, features short sleeves and fuller skirt. The embellished collar is the star of this ensemble and is done up with pearls, rhinestones and crystal beads. The dress has a back tie and some stretch.
