The Cincher features three rows of hook and eye clasps that allow you to adjust your sizing. Hook the garment at your preferred level of compression BEFORE putting it on, as you won't be able to pull the hooks closed once it's on your body. Instead, use the zipper on the side of the Cincher to take the garment on and off. If the garment is too tight or too loose, remove it by unzipping the side zipper, and THEN re-hook the Cincher at your preferred sizing level while it's off your body.
