Hoodie with frills

This hoodie hasn't got sleeves but it has lots of frills on the head piece that zips right up. It does have slits on the bottom to use one arms or hands.One can see this on the floor picture. It is unusual but very pretty especially if you want to keep you arms warm. So the hoodie is full of frills.One could actually cover ones face if it is zipped right up.Interesting.pockets work.
