Hi! Are the 45mm cm silver hoops real silver or silver plated? I see discoloration on picture a bit, is the silver finish is coming off?

@nrich6 hi! They are silver, not pleated! There is a protective coat on them that should protect them from tarnishing. The silver has to be cleaned for sure! Both of them actually
