Vintage hand made framed copper wall hanging has horse & foal design as shown, signed "E. McNeil" in the bottom right corner. Frame size is 16" x 19 1/2" x 3/4", design size is approx. 8 1/4" x 10 3/4". Pre-owned condition: some surface wear from display/storage. Frame has heavy wear scrapes/scratches, backing is duct taped to frame.
