Beautiful Horses Atelier Lucia Ruffle Blouse - size 3 NWT (only tried on) I absolutely love this blouse. The style and colour are so pretty, but unfortunately it’s too small for me. It was difficult to get a good photo of the colour. Some of the photos make it look like it’s a teal or turquoise colour, but it’s called Emerald plaid and very much an emerald shade. Measurements in one of the photos! Made proudly in 🇨🇦 💕
