Hekla & Co cardigan with ribbon tie. Dark grey leaning a bit towards steel blue. Super soft material. Size M. 50% Wool, 50% Acrylic. Made in Italy. In good used condition. Very minor pilling. One thread pull on the right sleeve and one on the inside of the sweater below the tag, which should be an easy fix by pulling through with a crochet hook.

@kirsten_jj I'm assuming the loop of yarn could be pulled through to the other side with a crochet hook, so that it lies flat on the outside of the sweater. If I get a chance, I can try that.
