This fun skirt was made in India. It features a gradient tie dye in tiny little circles forming patterns across the skirt. It is a very long Maxi with an uneven hem. I always wore it backwards because the front is longer than the back. It has a drawstring and zipper waist with loops inside to hang on a hanger . It is a very thin cotton fabric with sequins sewn on in long running stitches inside. Because it's somewhat fragile I don't believe I have ever washed it, and I have been very careful with it. Measurements: waist 18" waist to hem 36"
