Hot Shapes Polka Dot Peplum Blouse Size Medium

Vintage navy blue and white polka dot peplum blouse by Hot Shapes. Bought vintage and never wore it as it's a bit too small for me. Wear with a black pencil skirt for the office or black skinny jeans with booties for a more casual look! Great condition. There is no size tag, but it fits more like a small/medium. No material tag. Measurements (laying flat, unstretched): 17.5" chest (armpit to armpit) 14" waist I would recommend washing it on gentle cycle, in cold water and hang to dry.
