Hot Topic Hot Pink Tutu

This Hot Topic tutu skirt used to be one of my favorites but don't wear it anymore since I'm too old for tutus. It's in good condition except for tiny hole as seen in photos. Perfect for everyday wear or costumes. It's one size so should fit most with the stretchy waistband 💗
