Hot Topic Plaid Skirt

A black and white plaid skirt from Hot topic (I believe) I’m unsure as I had cut the tags off awhile ago. Super cute for a grunge 90s look! The clips on the side are removable -Does not come with the top or bag, just for stylistic purposes -there’s an invisible zipper on the side! It’s supposed to be worn with the black/clips on one and the plaid on the other though you could wear it however you want! -best fits a small or medium
