Hot Topic Velvet Skater Pocket Skirt

I ordered this online from Hot Topic and paid $24.90 USD for this which is MUCH more in CAD (especially with shipping too) so.. yeah. The price is firm. I wore it a few times but the waist is far too big for me so I had to safety pin it each time to wear it. I'd rather just get a skirt that fits so I'm selling this. Aside from it not fitting me, I love the skirt - the pockets are super convenient~! The size is Medium. You can see the measurements for it that were posted on the website.
