Hot pink blouse with side slits and ties on back

Unique hot pink blouse. Small mark on front of shirt at the collar. Some small almost unnoticeable marks on front that look like water marks on the front left side. It's really hard to see, only in super bright lighting. The black tag shows through (it's not a mark on the shirt) Lay flat measurements in inches: Pit to pit: 16.5' Length: 24'
