. One of my favorite ways to get circle skirts and is the cheapest ways is to go to the thrift store and buy almost circle skirts that are way to big for me and take the waist in to fit me. Instant circle skirt ++ sometimes fuller than a regular circle skirt.

Also I buy skirts that have alot of excess material and take the lining out so I may need to wear more than one petticoat to show off that extra fullness. I will keep you in mind if I have and outfits you might like. Thanks so much
