Houndstooth Tweed Peacoat Jacket

There are no tags present, see measurements below, should fit a small best I believe. White and black houndstooth. Foldover lapel collar with button down detailing. Two side by side buttons at the waist for closure. Button detailing on the shoulders, there is no shoulder seams. Full length sleeves with button detailing. Fitted waist seam. Flowing lower bodice peplums out a bit. Not lined. No stretch to the fabric. There may be a tiny touch of wear to the tweed knit, the buttons for the closure are a bit more loose then I think they should be, otherwise in great condition!
