Brand new, never worn floral midi dress from UK brand House of CB London. Dress is a beautiful pale periwinkle blue with little pink and blue floral print. Light and feminine. Silhouette accentuates the waist and gathered bustier creates the perfect amount of cleavage. Spaghetti straps are not adjustable.
