@nugget73 hello! ☺️ it definitely fits tight as its a bandage dress and it really sucks you in. Laying flat the waist measures 22inches however it does stretch. I have a 26inch waist and it fits snug on me. I wouldn’t recommend it for someone with a larger chest.
