House of CB Dress

HOUSE OF CB 'Tiff' Holly Red Velvet Lace Maxi Dress/Size M-US 6-8. There is a very small black spot on the dress at the bottom that can barely be seen. I am have attached photos of it. It would probably wash out with a stain remover. Dress retails for over $400 CAD.
