House of Harlow 1960 floral peasant mini dress

Very cute, long sleeve dress with ruffles at the hem and sleeves. Adjustable tie waist and tie at neck with tassels. Hard to see in the photos, but it has a very pretty metallic striped thread, running through the dress to give it a little something extra !
