House of Lloyd Tree Fairy Elf Vintage Christmas Decor 1980's w Bells Blue HTF

This is a tree elf that looks like a sweet older lady. I know she is vintage and believe she is from the 1980's by House Of Lloydd. She has a strong character face.  Her outfit is very detailed with a blue feather trim on her hat, beads and sparkly accents. She has a small bell on the tip of her hat and one on each shoe. She is not bendable. It is approx. 8 to 9 inches tall depending if you measure from the top of her head or the top of her hat.  The elf is pre-owned and some of the feather trim has come loose but is in good clean condition. No stains.She is harder to find. I have a similar one listed with a different facial expression.  She is made in Taiwan. It is from a smoke free home. It will be shipped with care from my home to yours. All my items are placed in protective plastic to protect from weather before being placed in a shipping package with bubble wrap if needed.
