Hudsons Bay Company Baymart Elegant Long Black Maxi Skirt

Vintage Hudson's Bay Company baymart skirt, long black maxi skirt with small buttons, and zipper closure. The tag says size 14. I feel like it's a smaller fit, unless worn high-waisted. Please see and compare measurement photos to ensure the right fit. You could also add a belt or scarf with the belt loops. There are some stitches missing along the hem, and one of the straps for hanging is torn (see photos).
