Chic Hugo Boss heels Most likely vintage from the 90s -00s The size of the shoes is EURO 38 or US 7.5-8 Black, with a wide sort of  strap in front and wrap around ankle straps The front straps has 5 tassels of fringe (in green and purple) attached to it Open toes and heels High sturdy heel, about 4" tall Leather Not in box The shoes are used and there are some small overall signs of use including on the inside of the shoes but nothing major so pretty good condition. The heels are in very good condition.
