Circus by Sam Edelman Hunter booties. Size 7.5 Black and white. White adjustable buckles. Cutouts. Leather + synthetic upper, rubber like outsole. Approx 1.75” heel. As is - Refer to photos for condition. There are a couple of scuffs. A bit of wear inside the left shoe. There are also a couple paint like marks along the bottom of the shoe that are only noticeable from the side. They were like that when I purchased them from Winners last year.
