Hurley Kids Boardshorts

My son took the tag off these when he tried them on (so I couldn’t exchange/return) but they were too small for him so they’ve been washed but never worn. Waist 12” Length 13” Fit true to size like other Hurley size 7 boys shorts. They have the elastic and button waist cinch system for slim waisted kids.
