cscompton @nicholeposhkity thank you her name is lily she is Shitzu and we rescued her from a family that had her for 5 years from a puppy and decided they didn’t want her anymore. They had a total of five dogs and as for as I’m concerned they got rid of the best dog out of the bunch. She is the Best Dog we have ever had. This breed of dogs are so smart and she can learn anything in about a day.

cscompton @blackallblack it wasn’t easy the 3rd and 4th day but on 5th day it all changed to hunger went away the headaches went away and it was surprisingly easy. The hardest part was mental. I literally couldn’t be near food. My body didn’t crave food my brain did. But the weight literally dropped of fast. It was the hardest yet best thing I ever done.

cscompton @blackallblack just keep in mind if you have blood pressure or sugar issues this may not be safe. I didn’t have any of that and my doctor still tried to talk me out of doing it. Him like most people thinks it’s impossible to Not Eat any food for 21 days but those people are wrong. Just be careful and proceed with caution. Good Luck
