Multi-Media artist and designer. Sometimes teacher of art/photo. Married with two cats and not nearly enough closet space. I've got some crazy cool things from NYC boutiques, that I don't wear anymore. Time to purge. Hope to make room for new finds, that are more me. I've got a weakness for vintage Coach, Ferragamo flats, and Mackage coats. Fashion is boring, but style is brilliant. I hate trends, and prefer to make my own. Will be putting a lot up as I dig out. ojennyjen @janet0103 I haven't been on here long, but my experience so far has been very positive. So kind of all of you to reach out! Also, I think I've made more trips to the post office in the last two weeks than I have in the last two years!!! The guy there just looks at me and goes, "pre-paid." I've got so much more to list...need to take some new photos. This is like a second job...but a fun one :)

It's beautiful here now. The weather is not as cold or snowy as NY but we do get all four seasons. It's just now beginning to feel like fall. I get thrilled at each season but then when it gets too cold I begin to growl!! Lol

ojennyjen @janet0103 I've never been to Greenville! I was in Hilton Head a couple times many years ago with my family (I think a friend had a condo). I am NOT a fan of the cold, which is why I probably love coats so much! I went to undergrad in Tucson, at the University of Arizona. When I moved back here, I thought I was going to snap in half! I went to grad school here, but I probably should have gone back to AZ...would have been a good excuse! Or somewhere warm! When it snows all I can think about is weather or not we'll get plowed in. Last winter was a total nightmare! The snowbanks were ten feet high, and solid ice. This wasn't NY anymore...it was Alaska!

janet0103 @ojennyjen I know what you mean about last winter! The weather was un real!! We had a nice foot or two and that is not normal at all. Just makes me wonder what this year will be like. And, Hilton Head is very nice and close to Savannah GA. I'm probably maybe three hours away from there. It does sound like you should have went back to Az for grad school. You could have defrosted!!! Lol!!

ojennyjen @jen26vegas Totally agree about the slouchy hobo. The black hole of bags. I'm really into small bags right now. The pelican is a small structured cross body with a removable strap. I saw one i loved months ago, and I'm still kicking myself for not getting it...on sale! It had a removable top layer that was croc embossed. The layer underneath was smooth black. So gorgeous. jen26vegas Love it! I would wait and try to find one again for a good deal or just buy it full price, if you really love it! I've made many past mistakes with bags, so now even if it's full price I buy if I absolutely love it. I'd rather have something I truly want than buy something I like because it's a good price 😊 I love AW I almost bought a Rockie off here but I didn't because I'm banning myself from anymore handbags lol!

ojennyjen @jen26vegas you're so right about buying what you love. I've made the "it's such a great deal!" mistake too many times. I saw the same pelican bag on eBay NWT in a nude color for about $400, but I want the black....And like I'm not on a handbag ban!!! I have another Rebecca Minkoff to list. NWT. Never used. It's gorgeous, black and bone, but I bought it almost a year ago! Every time I think to use it I'm like, "eh." I want your Balenciaga!!! If I bought that, it would be the end of my marriage. I'm certain!!!

jen26vegas Haha! Men just don't get it! You should use the $ you make in here to buy 1 bag you really love! I got the Bal for my 40th and I begged for it lol! It really is my fav, the rose gold just looks so cool, kinda vintage looking! I obsessed over which one at Nieman's, because all the bags are different, (leather). At first I thought maybe I'm too old for it, and then I'm like oh no I'm going to rock this bag into my 70's lol! I love RM too! I love soft leather!

ojennyjen @jen26vegas You are NEVER too old for that bag!!! My mom, who is in her 60's always has the BEST, gigantic, on trend designer bags. I get the hand me downs. Most of them are just too big for me. I already sold few on here. I have more. It's a lot of work to list everything! I have another Michael Kors. It's gorgeous, but so heavy! It was barely used. Great for someone who doesn't mind losing circulation in their arm. The girls on here seem to really like Michael Kors. I'm learning a lot about trends!!! I don't know a single person who owns Miss Me jeans, never heard of them. I'm not in a bubble, I'm in NY! Maybe it's for younger girls? I buy myself a new bag every year for my bday. Should probably stop. See previous comment about RM bag I am going to list. Oy vey.

jen26vegas You will definitely sell the RM and MK, they sell a lot on here! Lucky you, my mom thinks I'm insane with how much I pay for stuff lol! Yes, Miss Me is very popular, I see them a lot around Chicago, probably more on younger girls, but I have seen our age range wear them also. I have younger sisters so I've seen them and their friends wear them. I wish my sisters took care of their stuff, but nope they lose and ruin everything lol! I could have listed a lot! You are doing so good on here so fast! Awesome!

ojennyjen @hotpantsrhoads I just read about your surgery. Wishing you a speedy recovery. I think trends are pretty boring. I enjoy creating my own style! This will probably offend someone, but trends are for people who don't know how to dress themselves 😱 I'm also not a fan of logos or "status" pieces. Yawn. I do love Pucci, but I don't think that counts. All I know is that if I'm going to carry a bag covered in logos, they should be paying me an advertising fee 😉 And yes, vintage is always great! Especially when you put a modern twist on it. I'm all about combing high and low fashion. Mixing and matching things that wouldn't normally go together. It's fun! Anyway, very nice to meet you!

And oh heck yes about them 'paying us to advertise 😂😂 I throw my purse where ever I don't carry a ton of stuff never did so if I can't throw it in the floor cause it cost to much I don't need it 😂 only thing I am addicted to is some 70's stuff but original & comfy funny saying t-shirts it makes people think especially if it has 2 meanings 😂 Nice to meet you too💋
