denimdiva608 Hi Donna , I spoke with Poshmark . I explained that two glasses were broken , and submitted a photo of how the were packed . They requested you contact them directly . You can go to your page , my purchases , (Your glass order ) hit order problem , then hit contact Poshmark support . They will need the order number - which will be on the glass purchase screen and your user name . Explain what happened . I hope that helps . Again , my apologies for your experience. Pat
