I reuse packaging where possible

Poly mailers and mixed-material packaging are not curb-side recyclable, cardboard boxes are recyclable, the recycling process still consume energy & resources. Avoid buy new and reuse are more practical options to keep wastes out of landfill. My ways to reuse 1. Cardboard boxes - remove or black out the old labels & barcodes on boxes, or put a new mail label over older labels and barcodes 2. Poly bags & bubble padded mailers - turn them inside out to hide previous labels, use them either to mail small items or as padding
