chloecuthbert @karen2964 It appears that I accidentally put the wrong label on the package. I sold two Irmas at the same time and mislabeled I assume you received the wrong color? I have not heard from the other buyer but I am going to tag them on the listing now. They are receiving a label as well, as you should have, no cost to you, so you can ship to one another. I am so sorry for this mix-up. I've had a loss in my family this week and my mind has been so crazy.

chloecuthbert @karen2964 I have emailed PM customer service multiple times asking the status of this. They have informed me that they will do nothing else until tomorrow. They are apparently waiting to see if tracking info shows up on her end?! I am so sorry about this, I know it is frustrating. I am being diligent and will email them again tomorrow if I don't hear from them first.
