IACUCCI ? tote bag canvas Cream Used

First of all, I am unclear as to whether this is a genuine IACUCCI bag. If you have knowledge on this matter id love a message. This bag comes with a small tote bag (no compartments inside) and is matching. Both have the H logo. Some light wear/ staining/ marks are visible. In good, but not perfect condition.
