ICINOO Vest Black Quilted High Ruched Collar and Pockets, Tommy Hilfiger Buttons

This is a beautiful pre-loved piece!! This sleek black quilted vest is perfect for layering, featuring a high stand-up ruffled collar, ruffled pockets, and a hip-length design. Lagenlook style. There isn’t a material tag, but the material has a slight sheen and looks as though it would be water resistant. Feminine and unique. The tags have Korean text, the brand tag’s translation says “Shinwoo Lee“. As per Google, ICINOO is a high style in Korea. Condition: great used condition, but there are a couple of callouts 1) the vest was “taken in” along the lower back, I removed the stitching but you can see tiny needle holes in the material…see pics, and 2) the buttons are Tommy Hilfiger buttons…I assume these are not original buttons.
