IISLI SEQUIN DRESS - size small

Worn once, purchased in NYC, IISLI sequin dress, excellent condition Bra portion has 2 different sized sequins, with the V portion at the front with navy coloured sequins and the rest are small black coloured sequins. There is a stretchy band under the bra line that is about 2” wide that wraps around the dress both front and back. The skirt portion is pleated. It is not lined. There is no fabric tag but I suspect it is polyester fabric and the fabric is stretchy and has a light sparkle to it.
