lepfan1 Hi, I was hoping to get your advice as a Posh Ambassador. Do you think it's right for someone to send an item not purchased because the item purchased was broken? Just pick some random item to send in its place without informing the buyer?

nola_glam @lepfan1 Hi, if the item that you purchased was damaged they should have canceled the purchase. It's not fair to send you an item that you didn't agree to. I would open up a claim with poshmark for a refund.
