I haven’t been able to make new listings or share yours and other listings as often as I would like. I am in a years battle with migraines and they are getting worse and it’s becoming harder to do daily tasks. Including the upkeep of my Poshmark listings.
I have plenty of things to list, and I can’t wait to share them with you. But for now, it’s just not been something I can manage. I will however, mail out everything that is purchased still. 💜

They should have stayed with purolater as an alternative. Apparently Canada post union says they are miles apart from reaching agreement.

@abundanceg I saw that today too. The way PM is so tone deaf regarding the situation is kinda sad. A 3 day shipping extension is ZERO help lol

It is beyond negligent that PM has done nothing about it and allows sales to happen. How could they have not found a back up service LIKE EVERY SINGLE COMPANY IN CANADA HAS!? Bush league.

@fifiscloset1234 it’s really bumming me out man, I had some awesome holiday themed items to list, now I feel no one will get to enjoy them and will have to list them next year. And wtf I’m not ruining my average ship time because they have no other solution!!!!

I'm so irked they haven't found an alternative shipping method, and even more annoyed they seem to have left it up to us to explain it to buyers.
To just keep saying they're looking into alternatives 🙄 it's been 26 days, just be honest and say you're not doing alt shipping PM 😅

@baldernash I’m just super bummed because I’m fairly new to Poshmark, and was counting on selling some listings to help cover Christmas expenses this year. It’s kinda rough!!

the reality is pretty grim. This may deeply affect all of us sellers but the strength of the other carriers across the country, has had little effect on anything. This decision to strike may be deeply regretted when they never return to work. This is the reality. Canada Post is broke. You can't get blood from a stone. And Amazon keeps moving on its own. They may end up bargaining for pay cuts to keep their jobs to keep running.

I sympathize with their suffering but the debt is impossible to overcome. We do have other avenues. Poshmark should be in talks.I wonder if this deal with Canada Post and Posh has only contributed to the debt. Packages are moving far for next to nothing.

At this point with no alternative for shipping packages from this platform like other businesses across Canada have already implemented makes me wonder what Poshmarks plans are? They aren't making money as a business by not taking action to get another carrier to ship for them and us sellers on their platform that makes them money. What are you up to Poshmark???? This is business neglegence at the very least.
