IMOOI floral necklace

This very unique IMOOI necklace is made of rubber and stainless steel. It is adorned with a floral design set in glossy resin. The charm itself is 2 1/4” long and the chain is 18” long. I bought this in the early 2000’s at OOAK craft show in Toronto. It is in good used condition with the usual surface scratches in the metal and resin.
