INC International Concepts Wet Look Ruffle Jacket

INC international concepts brown wet look ruffle jacket. Couldn’t find a size tag, so I’ve included the pit to pit measurement. Please let me know if you would like any other measurements! Has hooks to hold it closed (like bra hooks). Has ruffles all down the front, along the collar, at the cuffs of the sleeves, and at the waist. Has a suede, kinda wet leathery look to it, but isn’t stiff like leather would be. In good used condition!
