INC Long Sleeve smocked woman’s top plaid square neckl size small tag still on

Stylish plaid midriff top by INC with long sleeves. The main body is done in smocking and is about waist length. It is black and white plaid design with a bit of pale lilac running through it. The sleeves are the same pattern but without the smocking. The neckline is square and is from shoulder to shoulder (9.5!inches wide). From armpit to armpit when laying flat this top is 14 inches wide (not allowing for any stretch). This is the same all the way to the bottom. It is 18 inches from the shoulder to the bottom. (5)
