INC Striped Spring Sweater With Bell Sleeves

This INC sweater is light weight and perfect for spring or cool summer days. It is black and white with embellished bell sleeves featuring ties and a small metallic/rhinestone loop. The top is in excellent condition - it was worn once. There is a tiny "bump" on the back - I tried to capture it in a photo, but it doesn't show up well. The pit to pit measurements are approximately 15.5".
